If you want to order a pair of shoes from us, please look at the following web-pages before proceeding.

Please send your foot measurements, a completed order form and payment to us by ordinary mail.

Delivery Times:

Please Note: Although we always carry some stock in the most popular sizes most of our goods are made to order. As a guideline allow 3 weeks for machine-stitched shoes and 3-5 months for hand-stitched footwear.
Please contact us for actual delivery times before placing your order.

If you need Machine-stitched Shoes in a Hurry:
If you cannot wait that extra week for the cheque to clear you can pay by paypal (fee applies).
It is also possible to send cash with your order. Please see instructions on our Payment page.
Occasionally we run out of certain sizes and we also work away from home at heritage events now and again.
It is therefore vital for you to check with us for availability of shoes and our presence in the office before posting such a rush-order off to us.
You will still need to send us your foot-measurements and an order-form via ordinary mail. Please do NOT attempt to email us scans of your foot-measurements. They always get electronically distorted and I am unable to restore them to their original size.
If you are unable to supply us with foot-measurements we can just send you a pair in your usual shoe-size. But please be aware that there is no guarantee that they will fit you as sizes vary between manufacturers. You will then have to pay the additional postage incurred by return and exchange of the shoes.

Postage and Insurance

We send styles DAM, LML and LMF in a flat-pack. All other footwear is sent in a box.
All parcels sent are insured and we guarantee to replace any items sent by us that got lost in the post.

UK and Channel Islands:

Postage is 7.00 British Pounds for postage, packaging and insurance for one pair of footwear.
Exception: for shoe-styles DAM, LML and LMF postage is only £4.00 (flatpack).
If ordering more than one pair please contact us for the correct amount of the reduced combined postage.

Outside UK:
We send our parcels fully insured by Parcel Force Worldwide Standard Delivery or faster services on request. Standard postage for one pair of shoes will vary from £8.00 to £19.00 depending on the destination. Please ask us for the actual charge before ordering.
